Before N2Net can begin the number porting process on your behalf the forms linked below will need to be filled out, signed, and returned to your N2Net engineer.
- Letter of Authorization (LOA) for Local Phone Numbers – This form is for porting your Local numbers to the N2Net service. If you have more than 4 numbers please attach ALL extra numbers on separate sheets to the LOA. An electronic version in the form of a spread sheet may also be requested by your N2Net engineer.
- Letter of Authorization (LOA) for Toll Free Phone Numbers – This form is for porting your Toll Free numbers to the N2Net service. If you have more than 4 numbers please attach ALL extra numbers on separate sheets to the LOA. An electronic version in the form of a spread sheet may also be requested by your N2Net engineer.
- E911 Service – This form is needed to ensure when dialing emergency services from you N2Net provided service we connect you to the proper service for your location. No calling will be allowed on your N2Net service with out this form signed.
